Our No-Nonsense Refund Policy
How it works
We're sure you'll love the Foozie as much as we do! However, if for any reason your Foozies aren't right for you, we do offer a 30-day refund policy. We want to make sure your feet are happy! Instead of returning your Foozies, you can contact us up to 30 days after receiving your purchase for a full refund. It's really that simple.
All you have to do is tell us what went wrong, send along a photo, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your Foozies to a local charity or recycle them.
Note: For larger orders, we may require you to return your Foozies to be eligible for a refund. But don't worry - as long as they're in their original packaging and haven't been worn, we'll send you a free return shipping label so you don't have to spend any extra money at the post office.
Starting a return is as easy as pie! Just email us at support@thefoozie.co with the reason why you'd like a refund. Our friendly customer support team will ask a few quick questions to make sure everything adds up, and then we'll process your refund or return.
Please remember it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund to your account.

Damaged or wrong color
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your Foozies are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong color, so that we can organize a replacement for you and make things right.
