If your Foozies have been confirmed as lost or stolen, we'll send out a replacement straight away.

Making a Covered Shipping Claim

  1. Let us know as soon as possible if you believe your package is lost in transit or stolen at support@thefoozie.co
  2. Tell us any additional details about the lost, damaged or stolen package.
  3. We will get back to you promptly within 24 hours (sometimes sooner) and work with you to resolve your case as a priority and organize a replacement.
